Technology

Sebring works hard to support our staff and students, in coordination with our partners at ACCESS and The Education Connection, with new and recently refreshed technologies.

We understand the important role we have in developing students who are technologically prepared to enter the world. It is our goal in the district to involve the students to use technology in transparent ways, and enable students to become engaged in the learning process and use technology responsibly and in ways to move their education forward.

Our Staff at McKinley and BL Miller use platforms such as ProgressBook, iReady, PBIS, and INFOhio to gather Student information and test students securely and quickly. Students in both buildings use our fleet of over 400 Chromebooks in conjunction with GoGuardian to protect them from content as they study online. Classrooms equipped with 75" Interactive Televisions connected to Windows 11 desktops allowing for both Teachers and Students to interact with web content during lessons.

McKinley Jr/Sr High now includes two technology labs. One equipped for a robotics class which teaches some basic programming to students. The second lab is equipped with 3D printers and hosts the Sebring interscholastic eSports team, which competes in Valorant, Rocket League, and Fortnite with other Ohio High Schools.

We strive at Sebring Local Schools to make sure your child has everything they need to technologically succeed in their education.
