Calamity Day Bags will be used Starting on the 6th Calamity Day.
Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code section 3313.482, the Sebring Local School Board hereby authorizes the use of calamity day bags to allow students of the district to access and complete classroom lessons in order to fulfill up to a maximum number of hours that are the equivalent of three school days because of the closings of schools for any of the reasons specified in sections 3313.482. This plan will go into effect on the 6th calamity day. Students will have a calamity day for Snow Days 1-5. We will utilize calamity dy bags on Snow Days 6, 7, and 8.
