We have many requests for Christmas Baskets each year. BL Miller families that have a need for a basket are encouraged to fill out the application below. Please return the completed form in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Mrs. Leann Laure, Mrs. Mary Harlan or you can drop it off in the B.L. Miller Elementary School office by November 18th. Late forms, that qualify, will be on a wait list.
During the week of November 28th, applicants will receive a letter in the mail to notify you if you will receive a basket.
