Seniors returned to visit B.L. Miller Elementary School one last time before graduation. David Scarpitti, Dan Scarpitti, and John Scarpitti returned to Sebring McKinley for the final All-Star Alumni Series program. Sebring McKinley High School students enjoyed After Prom. Thank you to all the parents and community members for making it a success. Eight Sebring McKinley Junior High School students attended the Youngstown State English Festival on Friday, April 12, 2019. Paolo DeMaria, Ohio Department of Education's Superintendent of Public Instruction, watches an eighth-grade robotics class. Jake Arbitter, Haley Jackson, and Savanna Rowe were the speakers for the seventh edition of the "All-Star Alumni Series" Sebring McKinley High School was one of 14 local schools to be represented at the 10th annual JA Titan Business Challenge. Sebring McKinley High School's nine newest members of the National Honor Society: Jacob Hunter, Miles Shoffner, Noah Dennis, Camden Green, Zane Peterson, Hannah Warner, Chasity Smarr, Brenna Soules, and Joseph Clark. High school students unveil how much money was raised during February to provide #HopeForBrenden. Shawn and Mary Jackson returned to Sebring High School for the "All-Star Alumi Series" on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Freshman Mary Quinn won the 10th Annual Danielle Scott Memorial Poetry Contest, which is sponsored by The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County. Sebring Local School District presented certificates to school board members for School Board Recognition Month. 2017 Sebring McKinley graduates Madeline Kreitzer, Danielle Porter, Kyle Youmans, and Brandon Dare returned for the 5th edition of the "All-Star Alumni Series." The 2019 Sebring McKinley High School Winter Homecoming Court: Kendra Shields, Aebigayle D'Ostroph, Devyn Reggi, Isabelle Jackson, Kyleisha Jays, Keyarra Nelson Spanish IIII created piñatas to celebrate Christmas, which is a tradition in Mexico. Sebring's Drama Department performed The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by Michelle Vacca Sebring McKinley Junior High School offers robotics. Congratulations to the 2018 Homecoming Court: Jocelyn McMillen, Gabrielle Lozoya, Addison Brendlinger, Hannah Warner, Skye Somerville, and Riley Newell. Sebring Local Schools are 1 to 1 in technology, meaning all students have his or her own Chromebook. Sebring McKinley has a talented and passionate staff, who are dedicated to the students they teach. Positive messages can be seen throughout Sebring McKinley Junior/Senior High School.
