B. L. Miller Elementary was built in 1967 on land donated by Beatrice L. Miller, a prominent Sebring businesswoman who was founder and President of Royal China. Originally B. L. Miller was a K-4 building. In 2000 as part of the OFSC statewide building program, B. L. Miller was renovated and expanded to become the district K-6 elementary which it remains today.
B. L. Miller has approximately 300 students and average class sizes of 25 and under which helps maintain the small, personalized educational atmosphere students and families have come to expect.
