B.L. Miller Elementary hosted "Jingle &  Mingle" to help families improve kindergarten students’ reading skills at home. Mrs. Laure's annual Christmas food drive enters its 24th year. WKBN and The Alliance Review stopped by to highlight it. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith French took the time to meet B.L. Elementary School students on their tour of the Ohio Supreme Court. Sebring Local Schools are 1 to 1 in technology, meaning each student has his/her own Chromebook. Students in Mrs. Walsh's kindergarten class eat their breakfast and work on a project. College Credit Plus 

Grades 7-12

Attention students interested in participating in Sebring's College Credit Plus Program. 

 

College Credit Plus can help you earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college level courses right here at the high school. The purpose of this program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students. Taking College Credit Plus courses are free. That means no cost for tuition, books or fees.  Please see Mr. D'Amico for more information

 

Important actions/dates to remember 

1) You must have a letter of intent completed and returned to Mr. D'Amico if you wish to participate in the program.  students can pick one up in the high school office. 

2) On December 10th, Eastern Gateway Community College will visit our school to help students submit application to participate in the program. Students must have their letter of intent signed and returned to Mr. D'Amico to participate. 

3) On January 9th, students will be administered the ACCUPLACER exam to gain eligibility into the program based on results. 

4) In the spring, students will schedule for their classes for the following school year.
